 Candy Wigington served as the Indiana District Assemblies of God District Women's Director for sixteen years. Under her leadership, Indiana Women's Ministries became one of the leading women's ministries in the entire nation. Phenomenal growth was experienced in attendance, giving to missions and women's mission's trips.
Along with her heart for ministry to women, Candy has always had a genuine love for missions. Candy communicates with a heart of compassion. Her sincere desire is to give hope to children who otherwise would have none. "Through Mission of Mercy we are providing more than just food, education and health needs. We are giving hope by sharing the love of Jesus which can make an eternal difference in the lives of precious children."

Candy is the wife of David L. Wigington, who served the Indiana District of the Assemblies of God for thirty years in various capacities which include Youth Director, Christian Education Director and Secretary-Treasurer. She is a mother of two and grandmother of five.
