WCLN and The House FM/Praise 88.7 KLVV Radio Mission Trip to Dominican Republic, June 23-30

Welcome future participants of the "WCLN" - Fayetteville, NC and "The House FM and Praise 88.7 KLVV" - Ponca City, OK, Radio Mission Trip to Santiago, Dominican Republic!
You and 49 new friends are about to embark on an incredible journey of faith where you will become the hands and feet of Jesus to children who desperately need your help. This mission of mercy will require you to get dirty, get creative and get spiritual. While soaking in some sun on this tropical island, you will be putting the finishing touches on a new building that is providing hope and love to children in need. In addition, the group will be traveling to and working in Dajabon, a border city in the DR where Mission of Mercy is staging its Haiti Relief efforts. In addition to these work tasks, you will help the team coordinate a vacation bible school for the children and grow in your own faith by worshiping and encouraging with other believers. WCLN, The House FM, KLVV, and Mission of Mercy are joining together to bring you this amazing opportunity to make a difference in your world and make memories you'll never forget.

DATE: June 23-30, 2010
COST: $1,750
APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 15, 2010. The application must be faxed to Mission of Mercy, at (719) 481-4649 by March 15 at 5:30pm or postmarked on or before March 12 along with a $500 deposit to be considered. Be sure to hurry as this trip is limited to 50 people and the application period will close when the trip reaches capacity!
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$ 500 Due with application on March 15, 2010 - extended to April 2nd!
$ 500 Due by April 19
$ 750 Final payment due by May 15 -at or before the orientation meeting that day!- Includes: all meals, accommodations, and gratuities
- Excludes: meals in transit to and from Santiago, souvenirs, or elective entertainment
ORIENTATION: Weekend of May 15, in Fayetteville and Ponca City. Time and place TBD. Orientation is required for everyone attending the trip unless you have discussed your absence with Mission of Mercy staff or Radio station staff.

ACCOMODATIONS: Aloha Sol Hotel, Santiago, Dominican Republic
AGE LIMIT: 14-18 years of age if accompanied by a legal guardian.
PLEASE NOTE: Valid US passport is required for travel. The traveler is responsible for seeking medical advice concerning updating your immunizations. Further information on medical and safety preparations for the trip will be provided following approval of each traveler's application
