Mark Pluimer is an experienced radio broadcast veteran with 32 years' experience. Mark became the President of Bethesda Christian Broadcasting after merging his contemporary Christian radio station, KSLT-FM of Spearfish South Dakota, with Bethesda Ministries. For the past seventeen years, Mark has traveled the country speaking on behalf of Mission of Mercy. He spearheaded The 28 Hours of Mercy sponsorship telethon that successfully promotes child sponsorship. He has also helped raise funds for other special Mission of Mercy projects.
Mark brings a wealth of experience from his active participation in the Christian Music Broadcasters organization; from serving on the Gospel Music Association Board of Directors; and from leading numerous mission and vision trips for Mission of Mercy. His knowledge and experience led him to become a member of the Bethesda Ministries Board of Directors in January 2007.
Mark has been married to Dee for 34 years. Together they have three grown children - two married daughters and a son - and one granddaughter.
